At YOUZU, your satisfaction is our guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A photo of the item might be requested and must be supplied before the refund process starts. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If you think your product arrived damaged, you must report it within 24 hours to our support heroes so we can investigate the case and send you a brand-new product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also can not accept products for skin use as those products must be kept under certain conditions (temperature) and in a cold condition away from heat. Between those products, the Cosmetics (Skincare Items, Masks, Serums are included, and more.) for more info; please contact our customer services to see if the product is eligible for return. If it isn't eligible, but you are still unsatisfied with the product you purchase, we can give you a Gift Card (Store credit) to buy anything else you like on our online store.

Refunds due to Unrecognised Charges (if applicable)

In some cases, we will allow refunds up to 3 days after purchase. Just make sure to email us, and we will be more than glad to assist you. In the rare case that we do issue a refund, shipping is excluded. Once it is shipped out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost, or delayed. However, email us and let us know so we can assist you with this issue.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us, and we'll contact you.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Before Return Shipping

If you are eligible for a return, you should email us first before shipping the order to us to get the specific instructions for return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
